Ultramicrocrystalline:  Cat and dog: @7mg/lb PO Q12 for 1-2 weeks after remission of ringworm

2020: Itraconazole preferred for cats. Itraconazole for cats: 50-100mg total PO Q24 with food go at least 2weeks after last symptom or 60 days minimum.
